AJUT by A-ONE provides digital subscription-based support for understanding, translating, simplifying, structuring and drafting texts related to German documents.

The service does not provide legal advice, does not assess legal claims, does not calculate binding legal deadlines and does not replace a lawyer.

Withdrawal and subscription cancellation are different processes.

Withdrawal means that a consumer cancels the initial contract within the statutory withdrawal period, where such a right applies.

Subscription cancellation means that the customer cancels the automatic renewal of a subscription for the future.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically mean that a previous payment is refunded.

Withdrawing from a contract does not automatically cancel all future services unless this follows from the specific situation or applicable law.

If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal.

A consumer is a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

AJUT by A-ONE provides digital services.

If you request immediate access to the digital service before the end of the withdrawal period, the service may start before the withdrawal period has expired.

For digital services, the right of withdrawal may expire under legal conditions if:

– you expressly agree that performance begins before the withdrawal period ends, and
– you acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once performance has started or once the digital service has been fully provided, where legally applicable.

This depends on the applicable legal requirements and the checkout confirmation selected by the customer.

If you validly withdraw from the contract, we will refund payments received from you for the withdrawn contract, unless a legal exception applies.

Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

No fees will be charged for the refund itself.

If the digital service has already started or has already been fully or partly provided at your request, refund rights may be limited according to applicable law.

AI questions, free questions, paid questions, usage credits or monthly usage limits may be considered used once the request has been submitted and processed by the system.

This also applies if the answer is general, incomplete or less useful because the user did not provide enough relevant information or did not follow the instructions for submitting a request.

The quality and usefulness of answers depend on the information provided by the user.

Users should provide all relevant context, for example:

– the type of document
– the user’s goal
– the relevant country, federal state or city, if relevant
– the desired language
– the desired tone
– the target recipient
– important dates, for context only
– the exact text that should be explained, translated, simplified, structured or drafted
– any important background information needed to understand the request

AJUT by A-ONE is not responsible if an answer is less useful because the user submitted incomplete, unclear, incorrect or misleading information.

This does not affect mandatory consumer rights.

Paid access to AJUT by A-ONE is provided through subscriptions with a minimum term of one billing month.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis until cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription for the end of the current billing period, unless a different cancellation rule is clearly shown during checkout.

After cancellation, access to paid services usually remains active until the end of the already paid billing period.

Unused questions, messages, credits or support requests do not carry over to the next billing month and are not refunded, unless explicitly stated otherwise or legally required.

You may cancel your subscription through the customer account if this function is available.

– your account email address

– the subscription plan you want to cancel

For online consumer subscriptions, AJUT by A-ONE will provide an online cancellation option where legally required.

AJUT by A-ONE provides digital services.

No physical goods are shipped.

Therefore, there are usually no physical returns, return shipping costs or return labels.

10. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to applicable legal requirements and this Cancellation Policy.

A refund is not automatically owed merely because:

– the customer did not use all monthly usage limits
– the customer changed their mind after the withdrawal period ended
– the customer provided incomplete or unclear information
– an AI response was general because important context was missing
– the customer expected legal advice, although the service does not provide legal advice

This does not affect mandatory consumer rights.

AJUT by A-ONE does not provide legal advice.

The service does not include:

– assessment of legal claims
– calculation of binding legal deadlines
– legal representation
– court or authority representation
– evaluation of chances of success in legal disputes
– replacement of a lawyer or legal professional

All AI-generated or manually prepared suggestions are non-binding support for language, structure, translation, simplification and organization.
